Welcome to It's Your Journey Mental Health/Consulting Services PLLC, where the ultimate goal is to help individuals reach their mental health goals through diverse approaches and research-based techniques. We provide a safe space for children, teens, young adults, and adults struggling with emotional, mental, or behavioral health.
Before identifying the tools for your toolbox, we will, as a team, explore the hurdles, barriers, events, and experiences that are keeping you, the client, from enjoying your everyday activities.
